How long will my treats stay fresh?
Our baked goods are best enjoyed within 5-7 days of arrival. To keep them fresh longer, store them in an airtight container at room temperature or freeze them for up to 3 months.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes! We ship our treats across the country. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours and shipped via express courier to ensure they arrive fresh at your doorstep.
Are there gluten-free or vegan options available?
We currently offer a selection of vegan and gluten-friendly items. Please check the 'Dietary' section of our menu for the full list of ingredients and allergen information.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your treats' journey to your home.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you cater for large events or weddings?
We love a party! For large bulk orders or event catering, please contact our team via the 'Bulk Orders' page at least two weeks in advance.
